Terms and conditions

Your account

You sign in with your email (or Google) and give your name and a Zimbabwean mobile number. One account per phone number. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars and are shown per unit (a crate, a head, a bird). Our produce is fresh and its supply varies; what you can order is what we have. The price you pay is the price when you place the order.

Orders

• Your order is placed when you receive its number. We confirm it, then tell you when it’s ready.
• If we run short of a product before your order is ready, we lower or remove it, tell you why, and refund anything you paid for it.
• We may cancel an order we can’t fulfil; we tell you why and refund anything you paid.

Paying

• Pay when you collect or receive your order, in cash or by EcoCash.
• Or pay online through Paynow (EcoCash, OneMoney or card). An order paid online must be paid within 10 minutes of placing it, or it’s cancelled and its products go back on sale.
• Coupons come off the products, not the delivery fee, and follow the limits shown with them.

Collection and delivery

See Collection and Delivery for where, when and what it costs. Bring your order number. Someone else may collect or receive your order if you name them at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order from its page until it’s ready. Anything you paid is refunded (see the Refund policy).

Reviews and messages

Reviews are checked before they show. We don’t publish reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the product, or share someone’s personal details.

Our responsibility

If something is wrong with your order, we put it right as set out in our Returns and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits what the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Changes

We may change these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
